Shem and Elnora

After the unfortunate loss of their father in Nairobi, Shem and his sister Elnora made the decision to leave the city behind and start a new life with their mother at Kawakungu, a peaceful village in Kendu Bay. Despite the challenges they faced, both siblings managed to excel in their studies and successfully passed their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education- KCPE exams at Achuth Primary school.

Thanks to the incredible support from Nyashep, they were able to secure sponsors who believed in their potential and helped them continue their education in high school. Shem was admitted to Oriwo Boys high school, where he thrived and eventually graduated with a degree in Architecture from University of Nairobi in 2018. On the other hand, Elnora, although not pursuing higher education, still played a vital role in their journey towards a brighter future.
